Delivery & Shipping
DELIVERY TIMES
We use Royal Mail 1st class services to send our merchandies. If you order before mid-day, we endeavour to dispatch the next day (Monday-Friday). During busy periods, orders may take up to three working days to dispatch.
Sometimes we may be unable to fulfil an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control, if this happens we will contact you directly to discuss the issues we are facing and how we plan to resolve them.
CLICK AND COLLECT
If you live locally to our premises in Neepsend, Sheffield, you can choose to collect your order free of charge from the brewhouse when you reach the checkout stage on our website.
We do not have a shop at our premises but we do offer a click and collect service for merchandise.
Orders placed before 1pm will be available to collect from the next working day, within the following opening times:
MONDAY - FRIDAY | 10:00 – 14:00
We will be unable to serve you if you arrive outside of these times, or if you have not received an email / text message confirming that your order is ready for collection.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATES
We currently deliver to the UK mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland).

Orders £50 and over to England/Wales/Scotland mainland will receive complimentary free shipping, with a charge of £4.95 applying to orders under £50.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signature upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or older.
THE ORDERING PROCESS
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by confirmation of when your package has been dispatched or is ready to collect.
If you are not home when a delivery is made, a calling card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional delivery charge may apply to redeliver.
Due to the nature of a brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
