This beer has been made with a base of Golden Promise grain and we've used a hop blend of Amarillo, Centennial & Columbus hops in the kettle at various stages to give a complex robust bitterness.
We've then dry hopped in two stages, once during active fermentation with Simcoe & Amarillo, to add the classic West Coast notes, and then some new Talus hops post fermentation, to add a little more delicate citrus/grapefruit to the mix.
Expect the classic citrus and pine notes up front, balanced, with a robust bitterness and a dry finish, making this a perfect beer to accompany a meal.
